The effect:
Following nature's example, we transfer finest structures onto the surface of the chocolate, which bend the light. Like the wings of a butterfly, the surface of the chocolate appears in a wide variety of rainbow colours, which is achieved solely through the structures transferred from the foil - without any chemicals.
Application:
Simply place the sheet or a piece of the sheet on the chocolate and let it harden, the colours be transferred to the chocolate. With a little chocolate knowledge, you can make the magic work on any dark chocolate, chocolate couverture and dark icing.
